The Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. (GEP), the only association of geodetic engineers accredited by the Professional Regulation Commission, will hold its 42nd Annual National Directorate Meeting and Convention on May 19-21, 2016 at the Vigan Convention Centre, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur. In line with our quest for growth to mark a distinction for the competency and professionalism, the Board of Governors adopted the theme "Ensuring Competitiveness of Filipino Geodetic Engineers in Global Practice Through Effective Continuing Professional Development".

The Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. will hold its 42nd Regional Convention of the GEP Regional Division 3 at the Malolos Club Royale Resort & Hotel, Mac Arthur Highway, Malolos City, Bulacan this 26-27 February 2016 with the theme: “Ensuring Competitiveness of Filipino Geodetic Engineers in the Global Practice through Effective Continuing Professional Development”. 

During the technical sessions, significant topics will be presented and discussed by competent resource speakers where the delegates (geodetic engineers) could further enhance their skills and competence aside from earning CPE Units for the renewal of their respective professional licenses.

 

In this regard we are respectfully inviting Geodetic Engineers employed in your office to attend and participate in the aforesaid Convention on official travel pursuant to Executive Order No. 118.  

Convention fee is FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P4,500.00)  to cover two days and one night hotel room accommodation, meals, snacks, cocktails, convention kit and souvenir items. Guests will be charged THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (P3, 500.00) for room accommodation, meals and snacks.
